Sunflower
Sunflower microgreens have a nutty, slightly sweet, and earthy flavor with a satisfying crunch. They are one of the heartier microgreens, offering a fresh and mild sunflower seed taste.
Broccoli
Broccoli microgreens have a mild, slightly peppery, fresh, and earthy flavor, similar to mature broccoli but with a more delicate taste. They are crisp & tender making them a great addition to many dishes.

Beets
Beet microgreens are the young, edible sprouts of beet plants, harvested and eaten after developing their first leaves, Beet microgreens have a mild, slightly sweet, and earthy flavor profile, with a hint of peppery spice, similar to a blend of spinach and beetroot.
